Kalkil ("we", "us", "Kalkil") provides free creator earnings calculators and educational guides at kalkilapp.com (the "Site"). This page explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
We collect two kinds of data:

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or government ID data — Kalkil's calculators run entirely in your browser and don't require an account.
2. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors from new ones. If we enable advertising on the Site (see Section 4), our ad partners may also set cookies to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the Site will still work, though analytics and ad personalization may be affected.
3. Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic and usage analytics. Google's privacy policy.
- Formspree — processes the newsletter signup form. Formspree's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosting infrastructure; may log standard request data (IP, timestamp) for security and performance.
4. Advertising
Kalkil may display ads served by Google AdSense and/or participate in affiliate programs (for example, linking to third-party tools or services relevant to creators). When active, Google and its partners may use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
5. Your choices
- Opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter message, or by contacting us (below).
- Clear your language preference by clearing your browser's localStorage for this Site.
6. Children's privacy
Kalkil is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site evolves (for example, when advertising is enabled). We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
